STOL-Grasshoppers proved to be the better team in their home game against Uball and won by 97-83. After a pretty much equal scoring first half (21-20 and 47-46 after the first and second quarters), Grasshoppers managed to take a decisive lead from 56-55 to 66-55. In this phase, Rianne Philippo shot in her 3rd 3-pointer. Heather Stec excelled on the Katwijk side, and with 33 points was unstoppable for the visitors from Utrecht. A buzzer beating 3-pointer by Charley Kranstauber brought the score to 75-61 at the end of the third quarter.

The home team held that lead intact until the end of match, though Uball did their best to turn the tide.

The win against Uball could be important for Grasshoppers. If both teams tie for the 8th place (the last play-off place), it will be Grasshoppers who make the play-offs.
